Cost Calculation

Please note that all costs will be calculated in US Dollars. This includes accommodation, meals, transportation, train fare, airfare for domestic airlines, and ground handling. There are three types of operation categories: Comfort Class, Standard Class, and Deluxe Class. These are determined by the categories of hotels on tour, the class of airfare, and the level of service on the trek.

Payment

At Adarsh Tours, Treks and Expedition, booking a tour or trek is a straightforward process designed to ensure you have a seamless experience from the moment you make your reservation. To confirm your booking, you can fill out our online form or contact us directly via phone or email. Once we receive your inquiry, we will guide you through the details of your selected tour or trek, including itinerary options, inclusions, and available dates. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will vary depending on the tour package and will be communicated to you during the booking process.

Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour as per the payment schedule outlined in your confirmation. We accept various modes of payment, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a final itinerary and other essential details to prepare for your adventure. Please note that any additional charges such as taxes or transaction fees may apply, and they will be clearly outlined before payment is made.

Cancellation and refund: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• 30 days or more before departure for the trip: a cancellation charge of $50 per person will apply.
• 30-21 days prior to departure for the trip: a cancellation charge of 25% of total trip will apply.
• 20-11 days prior to departure for the trip: a cancellation charge of 50% of total trip will apply.
• 10 days or less before the tour: No refund will be made.
